They also provide subject chapters along with ICSE sample papers for class 10 and class 12. This will allow students to score good marks in their board examinations. However, the new curriculum being improved with a more humanistic approach states the accountability of the students and parents.

- Common goals: curriculum has set out some plans for both teachers and students. Teachers have goals for what to teach in a given year, and students have goals for learning in a particular year. The curriculum also standardises goals for an entire school and provides a straightforward way for students to succeed from one grade to another.
- Constantly changing: curriculum is not latent but is revisited and updated frequently to reflect the present needs of the students. It is the result of collaboration and investigation. This will help students significantly by providing the latest information and emphasising the skills that are really needed for today.

The purpose of the education system is to gather knowledge with the best of outcomes. Nowadays, learning has become computer-based. Curriculum development is required to identify the role and position of teachers and reform their role as a teacher. In India, we have different educational boards such as the state board, ICSE board, CBSE board etc. All the educational boards follow a particular curriculum for classes from 1 to 12. The ICSE board syllabus is different from the CBSE board curriculum. The ICSE board has designed its curriculum in such a way that it balances both academics and extracurricular activities. However, curriculum development has revitalised the meaning of education.
