People all around the world believe that without great health that everything else in life is pointless. Even all the financial wealth in the World is pretty much useless unless there is first of all great health. Most people want great health but don’t know specific strategies to create and maintain great health. Being a life coach, whenever I am coaching clients about health, strength and fitness, I always come back to these 3 key elements.
So here are the 3 key elements that you must consistently give attention and care to when working towards creating extraordinary health, strength and fitness:
- Structural Alignment
- Internal Health, Strength and Balance
- External Health, Strength and Balance
Structural alignment refers to your actual skeletal system’s alignment, alignment of the bones, joints, muscles and fascia in your body. This is important because it sets to tone for everything else that follows. A huge part of structural alignment is how well your spinal column is aligned. If that is out even the slightest bit, you can be guaranteed of having some undesirable physical issue or challenge in some part of your body corresponding to the area of your spine and nerves that are improperly aligned.
Internal health, strength and balance refers to the condition of all your internal organs and glands. The level of toxicity that exists in any of your organs and glands due to the consequential by-products of digestion, food and drink consumption, etc have a huge effect on the overall health and strength of your body.
Structural alignment and Internal Health, Strength and Balance are the two foundational elements in the triangle of your entire body’s health and strength.
Finally, there is your external health, strength and balance. This is where most people put their attention in. Exercising and doing any form of physical exercise takes care of this third element. The scary part is that, there are lots of people who don’t take care of this area consistently and cbdfreak.co.uk, because of the inconsistently dabbling in exercise, never actually manage to create great external health, strength and balance anyway.
